BANISH BOOB BLEMISHES. Using anti-zit products at night allows your skin more time to absorb the medication without having it rub off onto your clothes. For existing breakouts, dab on a 2.5 percent benzoyl peroxide cream, which will dry out pimples. To prevent future acne attacks, apply a salicylic acid toner to the skin on and between your pair nightly; it'll kill blemish-causing bacteria.


SLEEP WITH SUPPORT. Forget the Internet rumors: It's not true that snoozing in a bra impedes circulation or causes cancer. So if you're large-breasted and feel more comfortable with one on, it's fine to wear a bra to bed. Your best bet is a nighttime bra that is all-cotton, loose (to accomodate tossing and turning), and not made with an underwire, which can chafe your skin depending on your sleep position.


SNOOZE ON YOUR BACK OR SIDE. Sleeping on your stomach on occasion is no problem, but repeatedly catching zzz's with your boobs smushed against the mattress can put pressure on delicate breast tissue, leading to premature wrinkling. Instead, fall asleep on your back or spoon-style with a pillow under your breasts for support.
