How to get over your EX

Your sweetie ended it, that heartless girl. Now your future is in shambles. You feel the need to panic and beg for her back. You'll do anything to make things right.

But no matter how you try, you can't get back to that little spot of sunlight where you were so comfortable and safe.

There's only one thing left for you to do: Forget her. I know it's not as easy as it sounds, but with this blueprint, you'll forget that girl and pick up the pieces of your shattered heart -- and manhood -- in no time.

1- Take her off that pedestal

Don't idolize her and build her up into something great. She is nothing of the sort. So don't gaze lovingly at pictures of her. Don't jump to answer her e-mail or phone calls. And definitely don't go out of your way for her. She no longer deserves preferential treatment.

2- Get closure

It's essential to definitively end any hopes of reconciliation between the two of you. And if you can't get that into your head, she owes you the courtesy of it crystal clear. She needs to tell you: "I never loved you. I don't love you now. We'll never get back together." After some prodding, she'll probably do it, just to get rid of you. It provides what therapists call "closure." And you can begin to heal.

3- Don't contact her

After the relationship reaches finality, you have to break off contact or you will go mad. Don't beg or cry. Don't drunk-dial. Don't write her e-mail. Don't send packages or CDs. Don't dedicate a song to her on the radio. Get the picture? She will find you if she wants to. And even if you can talk your way back into her arms, it's only a temporary reprieve. She already knows you want her back, and she doesn't care. Take that as a sign.

4- Get negative feelings out on paper

Write her a letter pouring out your negative and weepy feelings, then disassociate them from yourself. Throw the letter away or burn it. But definitely don't send it to her. You will only regret it. She will show her friends and her new boyfriend. And they will all share a good laugh.

5- Avoid her friends & the places she hangs

Don't venture into her territory. You won't be welcome. Find new places to hang out for the first few months and make new friends, if necessary. If any of your friends insist on maintaining contact with her, you may have to shut them out, too -- at least temporarily. After some time has passed, you should go back to living normally, and that means hanging out at these places and reconnecting with mutual friends.

HOW TO DUMP SOMEONE NICELY

Take these tips so you don't hurt your future EX too much

  • Decide what you’re going to say – come up with a good reason which will give him some closure – we all need to know why it didn’t work – then work out when you’re going to deliver the speech.
  • Don’t attempt to mother him in the meantime. Because you know it’s coming, there’s a tendency for us to feel sorry for him and be all sweet. Don’t. it’s misleading.
  • Sit him down and deliver the speech. He’ll react one of two ways: he’ll look at you, hurt, then leave without saying much. Or he’ll get angry and accuse you of all sorts. Needless to say if he’s the violent type –and what the hell were you doing going out with him anyway?! – do it in a public place with a male friend sitting outside in a car!
  • If he didn’t say much, call him the next day. Women ask the ‘But why?’ questions at the time, he’s often in shock or not thinking on his feet. He probably only heard half of what you said because ‘I can’t believe she’s doing this’ took over. It could take a while to sink in. Ask if he’s okay and if there’s anything he doesn’t understand. If he doesn’t want to talk, fine. But he might need to know some answers and be too proud to pick up the phone.
  • Now call one of his friends. The one you got on best with. No need to go into detail, just say ‘Look I thought you should know I’ve just broken up with X and he might need a bit of cheering up’. The thing is, while you might want to help him get over you, you can’t. It’s you he’s trying to get over, remember!

JUST A THOUGHT...

Would you fall in love for someone from cyberspace? I mean do you have an idea about the ratio of successful relationships that originates in cyber world? Most asian women these days go for caucasians thru internet.

No gurl! Dont freak out. I don't mean all asian beauty but most of them, honestly. I met my boss through chatting and I have been working for the co. for 3 years now. I took advantage of the internet so that's how I got the job.

Back to the topic~I had problems with my internet connection last week that forced me to visit the nearest internet cafe(yeah they have internet ladies and gentlemen, this is so annoying because it is too obvious that pldt dsl-my isp favored them.) I saw a lots of women~pretty, not so pretty, slim, chubby, young and old ladies chatting with their respective chatmates from around the globe. Thanks to internet for making this possible.

I came to realize that they're here to gain contacts from everywhere or are they looking for a hubby? What do you think? If they are, I will be very glad. At least they know the answer to their needs and they are getting smarter and wiser now. If this will elevate them from their current status then why not? So many factors to consider. Gurl! Just a reminder, you have to need this guy because you love him and not love him because you need him. Main reason has to be Love, some advantages are just advantages and should never be on top.

For the good men on earth, who are looking for ms. right over the net because it is too hard to find someone in their area~pick the right girl who you think is the best. Someone you love and you are 100% sure who Loves you back. Don't just settle for big boobies or thin dumbass. Come to think of it, they also grow old, become ugly and when romance is gone, it is always good to have a companion. What are the characteristics of a good companion? For me, a good companion is someone who shares my interest, understands me and knows me very well. I see myself in him, as crazy as I am.

What are the chances of these cyber relationships to work? I don't know. Life is full of wonders. You really can't tell. I wish it is 100% but I doubt that.... Always remember whatever happens....The world never runs out of men or women. God has reserved someone only for you.

DE-STRESS YOUR DUO

Day-to-day demands can wreak havoc on your love connection. Follow these tips to ensure you stay super tight.

MAKE THE SWITCH. Before you can bond with your babe, recover from the day. "To do this, have a daily ritual that helps you relax", says New York City psychologist Janice D. Bennett, PhD. Try reading a book, doing some yoga, or taking a long shower.

BAN THE BAX. Passing out in front of the T.V is not going to inspire a whole lot of lovin'."If you want to wind down together, switch it off," Bennett says. Instead: Head outside for a walk, listen to some tunes, or eat out.

HAVE A PLAN. "If you're both looking forward to a dateset-up fpr that evening, the daily grind won't get to you as much," says Bennett. Knowing there's a little sugar at the end of the work day makes everything more tolerable.

GET NAKED. Nothing will boost your bond (and distract you from the job) like getting nude together. But skip the candles and soft music (boring!). Really paying attention to each other will inspire closeness and romance," explains Bennett.

5 Surprising Habits to Boost your BOND

Yes, you're deliriously happy in love with your guy. And living in coupledom with him is awesome. Well, strange as it sounds, the best way to keep things going strong is to act like you're a single girl "occasionally". There are elements on the mind-set and behavior you have when you're not paired up that can encourage your bond to grow once you've met your mate. Unleashing that SEXY, SPONTANEOUS side of you-which is so active when you're solo-will keep your confidence at itspeak and your man enthralled:
You + Him... only better

. TREAT HIM LIKE A PIECE OF MEAT. Single girls are in the habit of ogling gorgeous guys. Their stud radar is on, and when they find a man who makes them boil over, they can enjoy the thrill of hungry wild lust. (hey i'm not trying to promote lust here!). Once you're a twosome, however that pure hunger can abate as you forge a stronger emotional connection,"says Los Angeles psychotherapist Nancy Irwin, PhD.

But rather than trade in one type of pleasure ride for another, strike the perfect balance by occasionally traveling back-in your mind-and seeing your man as a hot piece of ass again that you just have to have. Ok Here's why: While emotional sex makes you feel so close, the excitement of "animal" sex can completely recharge your connection. Showing this kind of passion and desire makes you feel sexy and totally turns him on. Here's a simple mind trick to get you in the mood for some no-emo action. "Conjure up your horniest fantasy or think back to the specifics of the hottest sex you and your man ever had. Focusing on the raw, physical element of sex will get you excited for his hot body and all wild abandon. "By the time you see him, ravaging him will be the only thing on your mind".

II. SHOW HIM THAT YOU'RE MULTI-TALENTED. Fact: Single girls are independent... if for no other reason than that they have to be the one calling the super to complain and fixing the car's flat tire. And back then, you probably liked being your own go-to-girl. Once you're in a relationship however, you naturally begin to depend on each other for certain things. Maybe he deals with your handiwork and you help manage his online bills. Works great, but as a side effect, some of your autonomy slips away. Just dont let the tackle-any-task of you go away completely. Being capable not only empowers you, but it's only also damn sexy in his eyes. Most men don't want a woman who is needy. So when you can handle yourself in any situation and are bold enough to fight your own battles, he knows he has someone worth hanging on to.

III. KEEP YOUR ADVENTUROUS SIDE ALIVE AND STRONG. When you were single, chances are you were up for anything. A day of rock climbing with an out-of-town friend? Sure, there might be some cute guys around. Staking out a hillside because hot guy from your gym goes there? Hell, yeah. (Hell NO!)It's that attitude single girls embody that can keep the sparks flying in your relationship. Being open to new experiences and ideas-and making room for spur-of-the-moment activities-is important than ever once you've found your mate. You have to maintain that wild-card element to keep your connection constantly evolving.

IV. HANG ON TO YOUR MALE FRIENDS. Guy buddies have a way of slipping through the cracks when you're smitten with a new man. But it's really key that you keep your gang of guys around. They can be a huge boost to your self-esteem. And they help you sharpen your guy skills, which has kickbacks of your bond(I agree! 100%).

V. YOU'VE GOT IT SO FLAUNT IT! As a fixture on the single-gal circuit, you probably always made it a point to look good even, when just dashing out for a quick coffee. Having the confidence to be yourself is important, but still making an effort to look hot-because you want to-will have a positive effect on your duo. Men are highly visual creatures. The way you look and dress will always be a driving force in his attraction to you.

How to WOW your GIRL on your Date

Even if your anniversary or your monthsarry is not for another couple of months. It's never too early to put more romance into the relationship. Start by upgrading your dates.
Here are some sweet, non-mushy ways to channel Cupid then make her love you even more.

Tune In to Her Tastes. Most guys think romance equals a dozen roses. To really earn pogi points with your girl, you have to do your homework and figure out what she's into. "Paying attention to her favorite flower, food, and wine shows that you care about and understand her" says Carolyn Bushong, author of Bring Back the Man You Fell Inlove With.

Turn It Into an Event. A romantic date should feel superspecial-like prom night, minus the limo and corsage. Meaning: Make it a production". Anyone can drop money on dinner but when you put time and effort into planning something extraordinary for your girlfriend, it will be more appreciated.

Go Old-School. No, you dont have to throw your jacket over a puddle or anything but a little bit of chivalry can't hurt. "Everyone likes to be nurtured. That's why simple gestures like pulling out her chair, helping carry her things, or just opening the door for her will make her feel taken care of."

Make Her Feel Special. Compliments are always nice, but what's even better is showing your girlfriend that you only have eyes for her. "You want her to feel like she's number one". Put all of your about any dreams she has, maintain eye contact, and touch her hand while you're talking. You can even use a not-so-cheesy line line like "I think you're the hottest girl here". That should guarantee you some loving later.
